The Copyright Alternative in Small-Claims Enforcement (CASE) Act is scheduled to be debated by the U.S. Senate this Thursday, July 18. Now that the bill is starting to move, the tech sector is coming forward with its expected opposition. The Guild has sent a letter to the Senate confirming that all of these objections have been addressed in the current version of the bill, and stressing that the bill is needed now more than ever.

Please reach out to your Senators and ask them to support the bill as soon as you can. The Senate Judiciary committee will be voting on it on Wednesday, and we expect it to go to the full Senate soon thereafter – so now is the time!
